BETHTELby BethNet

Last updated: 18 August 2026

The Bethtel app is provided by Bethnet for our internet service and telephone clients. It requires an active Bethnet telephone account to use, and this policy covers what the Bethtel app does on your device.

What the app accesses, and why

None of the above ever leaves your phone except the call audio itself, which goes only to the person you're calling — the same as any phone call. Without these, the app cannot place calls, which is the only thing it's for.

What we do store

To let you log in and use the service, our server stores the account details tied to your Bethnet service: your login username, your SIP (calling) account credentials, and a login token that keeps you signed in. This is the minimum needed to operate your phone service and is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Call history

A list of numbers you've called is kept on your device only, so you can see your recent calls. It is not uploaded to our servers. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to permanently delete your Bethtel account and the data stored with it at any time. See Delete your account for what is deleted and how to request it. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.

Children's privacy

This app is a business phone tool for Bethnet's adult clients and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If anything about what we access or store changes, we'll update this page.
